Heuristic Evaluation
Evaluation of the payroll process to improve consistency, standards and error prevention by making actions and options visible. To plan for new features that will allow users the ability to schedule the funding of a contribution, add an off-cycle contribution date, editing banking information online.
Determine MVP and iterate by making enhancements based on data findings, navigation, actionability and usability testing.

Develop a new feature to enhance the plan sponsor dashboard to allow for scheduling of contributios, edit of banking information and error detection for payroll submissions.
